Birth Empowerment Coach
Marya Molette Eddaifi, BSN, RNC-OB, ISSA-CPT, ISSA-CES
Marya Molette Eddaifi is a labor and delivery nurse, birth empowerment coach, certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, and energy medicine practitioner dedicated to transforming birth experiences. With a unique blend of clinical expertise, bodywork, and emotional healing, she helps mothers prepare their bodies for an optimal birth, particularly those planning a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) or carrying a breech baby.
As the creator of Dysfunctional Labor Maneuvers (DLM) and The DLM App, Marya provides birth professionals and parents with tools to address labor dystocia, helping to restore balance and alignment in the body for smoother births. She specializes in scar release therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and fascia-focused techniques to help VBAC mothers improve pelvic mobility, reduce adhesions from previous cesareans, and enhance uterine function for a more efficient labor.
For breech mothers, she focuses on gentle techniques to release fascial restrictions and improve pelvic alignment, creating space for babies to turn naturally and promoting more optimal positioning for birth. Beyond physical preparation, she integrates Emotion Code and Body Code techniques to help release emotional blocks and fears surrounding birth.
Through her coaching, workshops, and online courses, Marya empowers mothers and birth professionals with the knowledge and hands-on techniques needed to create positive, transformative birth experiences.
